Blessed Mom and I went out to the Arkansas Razorbacks vs. Missouri State tailgating at War Memorial this past Saturday. Our husbands where tailgating and attending the game.

I went to cover the tailgating for Focus, our online photo sharing site here at the paper. Amy tagged along with me because my wonderful husband would not walk around with me while I took photos – he is a bit annoying during Razorbacks football season. So my BFF, Amy  stepped up and tagged along to hang out with me while I worked. 

While walking around we noticed a bunch of kids running around playing and just being kids. 

The youngest we stumbled across was a 3-week-old baby comfortably sleeping in his dad’s arms. Something I would have not allowed my husband to do but to each their own.

I loved seeing the boys running around playing football. So full of energy and joy.

But most of all It was the little girls all decked out in their Razorback outfits that melted my heart. SO CUTE!

We also seen some dogs hanging out with their owners. One family had the cutest lab all decked out in Razorback attire. 

Heading home Amy stopped by and picked up her daughter from the sitter’s house  and I realized I had the house all to myself – Hubby at the game and Bear at a friends house to stay the night – YES!

I was a little tired and not feeling so good when I got home (I have been battling bronchitis and asthma problems for over a week now) so I stopped by the video store and got a couple of chick flicks to watch but I ended up falling asleep in the middle of the first one.

Oh well, at least I got some rest without a 6-year-old coming in and talking to me every 10 minutes
